How many bundles do I need to achieve my desired look?
We suggest at least 2 bundles for a full head. For lengths 18” and longer we recommend using 3 bundles or more. For clip-ins, we suggest at least 2 sets. Depending on desired fullness, 3 sets may be required.
Do you sell closures/frontals?
Due to the current lace shortage, closures & frontals (all textures) will be made available through special order only. Must accompany a bundle deal. Will not be sold separately. Please inquire for availability. Note: Bundle deals can be ordered without closures/frontals.
Can Sable Luxury Hair be bleached/dyed?
Yes, absolutely. Our hair can be bleached and/or dyed in any color. However, please keep in mind our extensions are just as sensitive to chemical processing as your own hair. Bleaching and/or dyeing may loosen the curl pattern. We recommend using the water color dye method when bleaching is required. This will maintain the integrity of the curl pattern.
How long will this hair last?
Sable Luxury Hair can last several months up to 2 years & longer if cared for properly. Please refer to the hair care card included in your order and feel free to contact us with any questions.
Can this hair be straightened?
Our Kinky Straight, Kinky Smooth & Kinky Wavy textures can easily be straightened for a sleeker look. However, we do not recommend straightening our Kinky Curly & Kinky Coily textures as this will compromise the curl pattern and possibly damage the hair. Our hair acts much like your own and should be treated with the utmost care. Should you wish to have a straighter look, our Kinky Smooth texture is perfect.
Can you suggest any hairstylists to install the hair or create a unit for me?
We are currently partnering with hairstylists to install our hair for our clients. As of now we have a few recommended stylists located in New York City and Los Angeles. We anticipate expanding our roster to include a stylist in a city near you. Upon purchase, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive our list of recommended stylists. Note: As the COVID-19 pandemic is still very much present, should you choose to book an appointment, please be sure to practice all safety precautions per the request of the stylist.

When will I receive my Sable Luxury Hair?
Processing/Production: For Bundles, Clip-ins, Ponytails, Essentials, "Asha" & "Londyn" Wigs, please allow 3-7 business days.
For "Maya" Wig, please allow 5-12 business days. This unit is made to order. Production begins after order is placed.
Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
Shipping (United States): Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. After receiving tracking information, shipping takes approximately 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. You can track your package here.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship worldwide. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there are mail service suspensions in several countries. Please check here to see if your destination is affected. International orders arrive in approx. 3-14 business days after shipping confirmation is sent, depending on the destination. All international orders must go through customs. It is the responsibility of the client to pay all custom fees required to receive your package.
All orders are shipped with Signature Confirmation. Someone must be present to sign for the package or it will not be delivered. In order to avoid lost shipments or fraud, the shipping address and billing address must be the same. PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE THE APARTMENT NUMBER. We will not be responsible for lost, stolen or abandoned packages. However, we are more than happy to assist should there be a delay in delivery. Contact us at email@example.com.
Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
The ONLY instance for which a return may be permitted is if you receive the wrong item. Please inspect your order and contact us within 7 days of receipt, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you do not contact us within the first 7 days, your return request will not be honored.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your order # as well as proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us immediately. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
